Jennifer Corvino is the daughter of a wealthy movie star. She attends a girls' high school in Switzerland. But a cruel killer is on the loose in the area. He stalks young women and murders them insidiously and brutally. Jennifer begins to have strange nightmares and sleepwalks. During one of these sleepwalking episodes, she witnesses a murder. She discovers that she possesses extraordinary abilities and that insects seem to be able to communicate with her. Jennifer meets the entomologist Professor McGregor and befriends the old man. He tries to track down the killer with the help of the tiny creatures. But in doing so, Jennifer is actually getting closer and closer to deadly danger.

Dario Argento's gripping horror thriller PHENOMENA captivates with unique visual impressions, a chilling atmosphere, and top-notch performances from actors such as Jennifer Connelly (Requiem for a Dream) and cult star Donald Pleasence (Halloween). An absolute classic for fans of Argento films like Deep Red, Tenebre, and The Nine-Tailed Cat.
