How It Works
1. Photograph Your Items
Clear spine photos work best. We recommend grouping items in stacks of 10–15, depending on size. Please include additional photos of any damage, slipcovers, inserts, stickers, posters, or other unique details.
To help us process trades efficiently, submit all photos in a single trade request whenever possible. Multiple submissions may be treated as separate trades.
2. Submit Your Trade
Complete our trade submission form and upload your photos.
Trades are reviewed in the order they are received. Please avoid sending additional submissions or “bump” messages, as they may delay your place in the queue.
3. Receive an Offer
Offers are provided as store credit unless cash is requested. Cash payments are issued through PayPal or Venmo.
Trade values are based on item condition, market demand, and current inventory needs. All offers include compensation intended to help cover Media Mail shipping costs.
4. Ship Your Trade
If you accept the offer, securely package your items in a sturdy box. Include a note with your name and the email address used for your trade submission.

5. Inspection & Payment
Once your package arrives, we will inspect the items for condition, correct edition, complete inserts, and overall accuracy. After inspection, we will send a status update followed by your store credit or digital payment.
Payments are issued through PayPal or Venmo. Please have your payment information ready if requesting cash.
Missing discs, incorrect editions, aftermarket or homemade slipcovers, incomplete sets, or damage caused by poor packaging may affect the final credit or cash amount.
We will notify you before issuing any adjusted credit or payment.
