Our Wishlist and Back in Stock features are temporarily unavailable due to a security incident involving Swym, the company that provides these services for our website.
Swym temporarily shut down its apps across all stores as a precaution while it investigates and works to restore service.
Swym has confirmed that Orbit DVD was not affected by the security incident. No malicious code was added to our website, and no Orbit DVD customers were redirected to fraudulent websites.
Where Did My Wishlist Go?
Don't worry, your wishlist hasn't been deleted!
All saved wishlists are still there. They're just temporarily hidden while Swym's service is offline. Your saved items and preferences will be available again once the app is restored.
You won't need to recreate your wishlist or add everything back manually.
What About Back in Stock Alerts?
Back in Stock alerts are temporarily paused as well.
If you've already signed up for an alert, your subscription is still saved. However, new signups and automated notifications aren't working right now.
Since alerts aren't currently being sent, we recommend checking the website directly for product availability in the meantime.
When Will Everything Be Back?
Swym is working to restore its services, but we don't have a confirmed date or time yet.
Everything else on Orbit DVD is working normally. You can still browse, shop, and place orders without interruption.
We're sorry for the inconvenience, especially for those of you who regularly use your wishlists to keep track of movies you want to pick up.
We'll update this post as we learn more.
