A year after the brutal murder of her twin sister, Darcy Odello—a blind medium—visits the scene of the crime: the large house where her former brother-in-law, a prominent psychiatrist, still lives with his new partner. Despite her disability, Darcy has but one goal: to shed full light on the tragic night her other half was torn from her. To tilt the odds in her favor, she turns to an unsettling, life-sized wooden mannequin. Drawn from a collection of cursed objects, the mannequin is said to enable better communication with the beyond.
