A man is chased through a town somewhere in Northern California by unknown assailants. He finally collapses, clutching a strange Halloween mask. Shortly afterward, he is brutally murdered in the hospital by the same assailants. All of this seems to be connected to the toy manufacturer Silver Shamrock, which is distributing its monster masks nationwide through a massive advertising campaign. However, the mysterious boss of the toy company has diabolical intentions, and the full horror will only become clear on Halloween night...
