Jeff Bridges stars as Michael Faraday, a college professor specializing in terrorism. He lives on Arlington Road in a Washington, D.C. suburb, surrounded by seemingly friendly neighbors. One of them is Oliver Lang (Tim Robbins). But Michael has his doubts. Is Oliver, a father of three, a deranged killer? A terrorist? An agent? Or is it Michael himself, paranoid since the death of his wife, an FBI agent, imagining everything? A deadly race against time begins, and one thing is clear: life on Arlington Road will never be the same again.
