Travelling to a small village to rob the local bank, an aging criminal (Johnny Hallyday) strikes up an unlikely friendship with a retired poetry professor (Jean Rochefort) who's about to undergo heart surgery. Well past their prime in their respective fields, each man yearns to be more like the other. While the scholar fantasizes about being a hardened, world-weary outlaw, the crook would happily welcome the normalcy and stability enjoyed by his new friend. With Charlie Nelson, Pascal Parmentier. 90 min. Widescreen (Enhanced); Soundtrack: French; Subtitles: English; theatrical trailer. In French with English subtitles.
