A man is being chased through a town somewhere in Northern California by strangers, finally collapsing with a strange Halloween mask in his hand. Shortly thereafter, he is brutally murdered in the hospital by the unknown. All of this appears to be linked to toymaker Silver Shamrock distributing its monster masks across the country through a huge advertising campaign. However, the mysterious boss of the toy company has the devil in mind, the whole horror will only become clear on Halloween night...
