As if the two police officers Joe and Sweeny didn't already have enough private trouble, they now also have to search for a serial killer who kills prostitutes in Pittsburgh, takes body parts from them and always leaves an Egyptian symbol in his victims. The trail leads the two cops to the Little Cairo district, where the killer is planning an ancient Egyptian ritual with the body parts. Together with young Deedee, the two slip into the most absurd situations and spread chaos full of blood and body parts.
